Visuals, ranging from graphics, photos, videos, animations to data visualizations, are widely
used to communicate scientific concepts and information. In this course, you will explore the theoretical and practical principles of visual communication pertaining to science, environment, and agriculture. You will also learn how to discern various manipulations of visuals, such as distorted data graphs, deepfakes, and fake photos and reflect on the ethical implications.
