How did you end up working at Publicis Collective?
After graduating in 2020, I decided to get my Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications at Northwestern Medill School. I focused my studies on data analytics and consumer insights and interned at Under Armour. From there, I worked at Dentsu for a year as a Digital Associate on Goldman Sachs before moving to Publicis Collective, where I’ve worked for 2 years now. My current job aligns all my background and experience with media, digital growth, and data analytics.
What does a typical day in the office look like for you?
I manage campaign strategy, activations, and performance that drive client KPI’s for several brands such as Pernod Ricard, Pfizer, Stellantis and Chick-fil-A. This means I spend a lot of time building and maintaining strong client and vendor relationships. I also spend time developing processes to improve digital buying, activation and reporting across clients at Publicis Collective.
How has Digital Studies influenced your career path?
Digital Studies has been impactful because there have been so many opportunities to use the various digital skills I’ve acquired. The certificate allowed me to explore my interests in design and creativity, along with my interests in analytics, data visualization, and management and brand strategy. The certificate paired really nicely with my major in Strategic Communications and certificate in Business.
Did you have a favorite Digital Studies class when you were a student?

Do you have any advice for current students?
Embrace the group projects where you’re working on real life campaigns, with real companies, and hearing from alumni. Working at an advertising agency is just like a group project where you will work with many types of people from all departments, from your creative agency to the analytics team to clients.
What achievement are you most proud of in your professional career thus far?
I am most proud of working at the fastest growing advertising agency in the industry and making an actual impact on the technology, efficiency and client outcomes at Publicis. The advertising industry is changing fast and I feel I am at the forefront of that change.
