Blurred image of kids standing in front of a large aquarium.

This photo captures a moment of human connection, where two children formed a friendship at the aquarium through their shared curiosity and excitement about sharks. Their common interest created an instant bond, showing how simple experiences can bring people together and spark meaningful connections.

Our assignment was to capture juxtaposition in photography. I thought the leopard print top is good juxtaposition to the actual animal. Also the calm expression of the human subject contrasts with the unpredictable movements of the sugar glider. The subjects skin is smooth while the animals has lots of texture. I was able to capture this candid picture by being ready and waiting for a perfect moment. Sugar gliders are hard to capture due to them being nocturnal so capturing this perfect moment of them looking at each other was so special.
